Program needs AnyDVD installed, customers need to reinstall the trial after 21 days. This is a serious drawback: loose it!

Program won´t read blueraydvd´s without Anydvd. Sure you can download the trial of 21 days, but if it expires you need to contact Odin Support. This program costs almost 40 dollars, why is ´nt this problem solved?

Make the Tutorial on your website match the product. This download is BlueRay to HD-Ripper. The tutorial screen refers to 'BluRay DVD platinum ripper trial'! The are references to functionality that simply do not exist in the GOTD file

Lower the price to $19.99! and include 3 extra features 1) Ripping Blu-Ray DVDs from standard DVD reader, 2) Conversion into formats, and 3) saving the ripped DVD into an ISO!

Have better graphics on your website and stop making it look like it is thrown together as a weekend project.

The website does not look appealing. With such a high price and a crap looking website. I would surely not buy this product. It does not look customer friendly.

Write your own copy protection bypass software rather than Slysoft AnyDVD.

The software company your product uses is owned by another. Using their software negates the user buying your product as they have their own product that provided the same basic function.

Be able to reburn into normal DVD if you cannot use HD or BluRay

Some people do not have an HD/BluRay player
